القليل من شعرة الزعفران الحر .
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من التحميرة (البابريكا).
ملح حسب الرغبة.
ورق الغار اختاري
نصف كأس من الزيت النباتي وزيت الزيتون.
طريقة تحضير طاجين اللحم بالخضر المغربي
إليكم طريقة تحضير طاجين اللحم بالخضر في المطبخ المغربي:
1. في وعاء كبير، ضع قطع اللحم والتوابل مثل الزنجبيل الزعفران الخرقوم إبذار والتحميرة والملح . ثم أضف قليلاً من الزيت النباتي وقطرات من زيت الزيتون. قلب المكونات جيدًا حتى تتداخل.
2. قم بتغطية الوعاء واتركه جانبًا لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين ليتم تتبيل اللحم وامتصاص النكهات.
3. عندما يكون اللحم جاهزًا للطهي، ضع وعاء الطاجين على نار هادئة وقم بإضافة شرائح البصل والزيت النباتي وزيت الزيتون. ثم أضف قطع اللحم والثوم المفروم وورق الغار .
